Hello, I’m Lisa Wagner

I’m a Nationally accredited mediator, family dispute resolution practitioner, collaborative coach, parenting coordinator and specialist family lawyer.

I have undertaken extensive training in collaborative coaching, insight mediation and conflict management and have been working with separated couples for over 30 years, including 12 years as an Independent Children’s Lawyer. I hold honours degrees in both Economics and in Law from the University of Sydney and possess a strong level of financial and numerical literacy. My approach is grounded in professionalism and a genuine commitment to resolve sensitive and complex inter-personal disputes compassionately.

I am based in Milsons Point, Sydney and can work with you and your family in person in my rooms or remotely throughout most of Australia.

I meet you where you are at and go at your pace with your respective goals front of mind. I enjoy working alongside other professionals you may have already engaged including family lawyers, child consultants and expert valuers but can as easily be engaged directly by you and your former partner or spouse. I am professionally well connected and can offer you referrals to other well-placed services if you need that.
